Raids and events are only fun the first few play-throughs and after are just tedium and seriously un-fun. The officers finally just gave up on keeping everyone interested and actively involved. Use Call to Action (CtA) only if CLS falls under 100% Health. Kill (not dispel) the side guards if they are taunting and if CLS does not have CtA.
