WebI really like 5e as is with little change. I'd like them to look at the races and ensure they are balanced. Maybe even make a "Race Template" and have all races fit in it. "+1 to two abilities or +2 to one, choose from Table A twice, choose from Table B once, and choose from Table C once" and bam you have your race and all are balanced.
