WebEquipment, skills, and TP from my experience. Even your equipment (at least the Main and Sub weapons anyway) doesnt matter as much as the skills you get from using them. You eventually can have all the characters get the Share EXP skill that lets them gain some experience even when not in battle, so even thats mitigated.
